What is SEED?

SEED is a two-year program for young adults (20-30) who live and serve in communities, working alongside local organizations while growing through shared life, reflection, and service.

It is not a gap year. It is not just volunteering. SEED is a commitment โ€” to a community, to a process of growth, and to something larger than yourself.

Serve

Work with local partner organizations on real, ongoing community needs

Reflect

Grow in self-awareness, faith, and cross-cultural understanding

Learn

Gain practical skills and cross-cultural experience over two years

Build Peace

Support healing, justice, and reconciliation in communities

Reflection

Grow in self-awareness, faith, and understanding through regular personal and group reflection. SEED creates structured space to process your experiences.

Service

Work alongside communities addressing real needs โ€” not as an outsider, but as part of the team. Your contribution matters and leaves a lasting impact.

Peacebuilding

Support healing, justice, and reconciliation. SEED places participants in contexts where they learn and practice what peace looks like in everyday life.
